We offer the following construction services: Project Management Our project managers and superintendents work together to ensure timely completion of the project within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients. This means working closely with our clients, the design team, governing authorities and subcontractors. We use the latest project management software to complete a detailed schedule and budget breakdown and then keep the project within these parameters. Services included are: Carpentry and Labor Concrete Work Supervision and Layout Safety Implementation and Monitoring Quality Control Manage Project Schedule Logistics Job Site Security Owner Provided Equipment Coordination Trade Synchronization Photo/Video Documentation Project Close-Out Execution excellence within the project close-out is critical to a successful grand opening. We understand how important this last phase is to your long term success. We will complete all project tasks prior to the client's operations staff arrival and then manage a full transition to ensure your team is trained and ready for opening day. Services included are: Certificate of Occupancy Operations and Maintenance Manuals Equipment Start Up and Training Complete As-Built Plans Punch List
